The AI & IoT platform for Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA)
The AI & IoT platform for Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) combines hardware sensors and AI-driven software to monitor, detect, analyse, and neutralize electromagnetic interference. Applicable in both military and civilian sectors, it ensures secure IoT communication by automatically reacting to disturbances. The platform supports smart cities, manufacturing, critical infrastructure, and military operations, providing continuous monitoring, rapid threat response, and integration with existing security systems. Its innovative technology and readiness for future quantum advancements make it a comprehensive solution for modern electromagnetic warfare and threat management.
We have developed dedicated hardware consisting of advanced sensors and detectors designed for continuous monitoring of frequency bands used by IoT devices. Our detectors are a key system component, allowing precise and uninterrupted monitoring of the electromagnetic environment 24/7. Software: The detectors use advanced signal analysis algorithms to establish a baseline and detect atypical signals and disturbances in real-time. This enables the system to quickly identify and respond to anomalies, minimizing the impact of disturbances on operations.
Electromagnetic Spectrum Surveillance System: The platform features a rapid electromagnetic spectrum surveillance system, consisting of a receiver and application software
AI enables automatic detection and classification of disturbances, identifying their sources and nature, allowing rapid action and neutralization of threats. Algorithms continuously learn, improving their performance as new data is collected.
Quantum Technology Readiness
Better and More Sensitive Sensors: The solution is prepared for future quantum technologies, ensuring long-term resilience against new types of electromagnetic threats. Utilizing quantum sensing to enhance security and data analysis, enabling more precise and faster threat detection. Technologies considered for sensing include Rydberg Atoms and/or all-optical nuclear quantum sensing using nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamonds. The idea is to use sensors from a vendor, as opposed to developing the technology from the ground up. By utilizing atomic sensing methods that depend only on invariable atomic parameters and fundamental physical constants traceable to the SI, the RFMS can provide RF field measurement uncertainties an order magnitude below those of classical antenna standards.
The platform has broad applications in smart cities, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, military, and critical infrastructure. It monitors and manages IoT communication, ensuring reliable operation by detecting and neutralizing electromagnetic disturbances. The market for electromagnetic interference and IoT security is growing rapidly. Key target markets include enterprises with extensive IoT deployments, the public sector, and military and government agencies.
