Siltec Sp. z o.o., a leading Polish provider of advanced dual-use  technology solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Verax Technologies Corp., a U.S.-based company specializing in dual-use IT services, artificial intelligence (AI), and RF. This partnership was unveiled at the MSPO trade fair in Kielce.

The collaboration will focus on developing innovative dual-use technologies that serve both military and civilian markets. The first joint project will be the development of mobile data centers (containers) equipped with advanced software to detect and neutralize electromagnetic waves. These units are designed to protect critical infrastructure, such as airports, and provide border security in both Europe and the U.S. from GPS interference and data breaches.

The partnership aims to leverage both companies’ strengths to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions. Siltec will focus on hardware development, including sensors and electromagnetic components, while Verax will supply the software and AI platform. The first project under this partnership will address the need for mobile, highly sophisticated electromagnetic wave detection systems for military and civilian applications.

Together, the companies aim to fill a critical market gap for comprehensive solutions capable of managing electromagnetic interference and security threats.
